There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Many good places such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl, Nürnberg are at very convenient driving distance from the property. There is an Aldi next to it and also a petrol pump, and a cafe. They have good sized parking lot so you always have a space for your car. The only downside that we found was that there wasn't an on-site staff, so if you have any questions there is no one to help. "Tolles moderneres Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns tatsächlich willkommen. Außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich.
