The customer service was outstanding, the suite was spectacular, very clean and tidy. Spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed from any hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is fantastic and there is plenty of variety. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent stay at an extremely good price

Superfriendly staff, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast choices. Very close to town centre, large tesco and other eateries. The free carparking on site is a welcome bonus. Would go again if I am going to Portadown.

Value B&B

The holder is very friendly and warm. The location is good only few minutes walking to the town center. Many big shopping and supermarket around the B&B within the distance for every one can access.

Excellent staff, service & rooms.

Excellent. Great comfy rooms, nice and quiet. Service is top notch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Can't praise them enough for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast is great. Location is great, amenities like Tesco, McDonalds are literally opposite. Town is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Basic but very pleasant stay

Room is comfortable, spacious but quite basic. Bed was very comfortable and wifi was very good. The owner phoned me with good instructions how to self check-in. This might not have the amenities of some hotels but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good and I would have no problem staying here again.

This place was more than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Outstanding professionalism! It really was like a “welcome home” atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. Outstanding meal experience! My stay was six days, and my room was cleaned every day. Outstanding service! I also received laundry service, and the return was quick. Outstanding service! I also went to the snooker room (game room). It was a nice area, but one takeaway is that the accessories need replacing. I still had so much fun! Navigating within the facility was challenging at first, but I managed to quickly work out the pattern. The reception is on the second floor and not the first floor which is what I am most familiar. There are elevators as well. My overall stay and experience was the absolute best. This B&B is centrally located to so many places to eat and shop. I cannot believe how great this place is and that I stayed at one of the best kept secrets to the area. I would highly recommend staying here.
