"Very loud room near the pub"

"It was raining hard and snow on the alps so very beautiful scenery. The stars at reception and in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries, hot drinks. I could go on. I’m sure in-season the place will be buzzing and amenities open so will Come back. "

"We booked this hotel because it said it had a restaurant, bar and spa. However, none of these were open and over two nights stay we did not see a single member of staff. The booking details said reception open to 8:00pm but it was closed when we arrived at 6:00pm. "

"Lodge has a real feel of a lodge - as there is lots of wood panelling. No issue with lodge. Thredbo is quiet during Feb. We had a really good view of the mountain."
