"Very friendly staff "

"I booked this hotel specifically because the website advertised it as pet friendly — that was the deciding factor. What I didn’t see anywhere in the listing was any mention of a $100 pet fee for a single night. That’s a significant charge that deserves to be upfront, not buried or absent entirely. I travel with my emotional support animal, and in my experience, most accommodations either waive the pet fee for ESAs or at least have a clear, transparent policy. When I checked in and was told about the charge, I was caught completely off guard. When I explained that my animal is a registered ESA, the front desk staff were polite but firm — no exceptions. The room itself was fine, and the property is clean. But the lack of transparency around fees and the blanket policy that ignores the distinction between pets and emotional support animals left a bad taste. If you’re going to market yourself as pet friendly, at minimum be upfront about the costs. A $100 fee for one night is steep, and finding out at check-in is a frustrating way to start a stay. Travelers with ESAs, take note — call ahead and confirm the fee policy before booking, because “pet friendly” here doesn’t mean what you might expect."

"Good friendly staff. Clean rooms. Awesome location close to 101. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, some kid stole my Uber Eats from the reception area."

"I had a very nice stay here for 2 nights. The staff were accommodating and courteous. The room had a cockroach which my partner killed, but overall, the room was clean. The hot tub was sufficiently warm and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, fruit salad, fresh waffles and sausages. Room was quiet, but the cable service had limited channels."

"From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in. I was surrounded fresh scent, and friendly staff that greeted me with so much enthusiastic welcomes. I brought my father in the take him on a holiday for a couple of days. His birthday amd Easter. We had a great time there. Nice delicious breakfast and wind down with a bite to eat and a beer. Its.was nice not having to leave and drive elsewhere. Room was super clean.Staff greeted you every time you exited the building and returned to your room. Ill be seeing you next month.Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!"
