"Lovely apartment in a really good position, only a 5 min walk to the river and 10 mins from the shambles, when we arrived at the apartment there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was nice of , the apartment had everything you need, nice lounge, really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, just cannot fault anything, would highly recommend. "

"needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."

"We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again."

Top marks for The Minster Hotel.

"I arrived around three hours early, but the lovely check-in staff told me my room was ready and allowed me to check in anyway, after I parked my car in the secure on-site carpark. The room was on the top floor, nice and quiet. Well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was very good, in the lovely restaurant area. I cannot fault The Minster Hotel, and if I'm ever back in York, will try to get accommodation there again."
