"Definitely far from being a five star rated hotel, though all of my complaining did get me upgraded to a lot better room for the same rate. The staff are ridiculous, they could not figure out my booking through Hotels.com, and took a long time to find me a room that was dirty and lighting did not work in the fancy console.
