"Everything was wonderful . The location is perfect . Staff was over the top helpful and friendly . The room , lobby , pool , whirlpool , laundry etc all was like family and friends . Best place I have stayed in my travels . I didn’t want to leave . I’m Buddist , but a church choir played a concert in the lobby and it was awesome . The organizers were inviting , fun to be around and I enjoyed that so much . This place is quiet and chill but city access on foot . I felt safe walking everywhere at any time day and night . It’s a very family , dog friendly , and soloist travelers spot . I can not express how much I felt like I was included and part of experience . House cleaning was exceptional offering towels , supplies , directions , recommendations etc . They laugh and are happy . That in itself was something to be appreciated . Staff appeared to be family . That energy rolls over . I felt it . This is now my favorite spot . I will be back . "

"We stayed in 4 hotels during a cross country trip and this was by far the best. I'm an interior designer and the decor made me silly happy. Every detail was well thought and executed and there were such cute amazing little surprises in every corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I left in a great mood after a stressful trip the day before. I was seriously working on planning a trip back before I even left the hotel. Also Louisville is a treat! Again, I was just passing through and had low expectations but the neighborhood was adorable with lots of fun places to explore within walking distance. 10/10 will return as soon as possible. "
