"I was not notified of the charge for parking of $19 per night until I arrived, the beds were not comfortable, We had to keep turning over to find a good spot but never found one. There was nothing to the pillows.Was too tired to try the hot tub which was the reason we picked the place in the first place, they offered lots of TV choices but few were free."

"The 2nd shift man that checked me in was awesome. The first shift lady on my 2nd day wasn't very helpful when I told here the WIFI was not working in my room. It wasn't until the 2nd shift man came on shift that he tried to reset the router. Unfortunately the WIFI still didn't work and I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get any work done online. Everything else was very good. Nice large room with easy temperature controls and the bed was very comfortable."

"My stay at Amway was so-so. When I checked in at the hotel, my room was not selected prior and staff informed me that if I still wanted a king bed, I wouldn't have the greatest view. I made a reservation and indicated in my notes that I wanted a great view and paid for the river view room style. We received a room with 2 queen beds for us to get a great river view which was fine, but I noticed that the notes I wrote wasn't viewed because I also was near an elevator and that was indicated in my notes that I didn't want to be next to an elevator. I went back to the front desk the following day and asked about how parking worked regarding using my key on the day of checkout which I thought would have been told during check in. The room was nice but the toilet is extremely loud when you flush and for a place to be upscale, I would think this wouldn't be an issue. I visited IDC Speakeasy inside the hotel and there was a wedding party in there so the space was limited and loud for it to be a speakeasy. I think this will be a place that I would visit and utilize the amenities but not a place I would stay at in the near future."
