"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so did our dog who was also spoiled by all the staff. We booked the outdoor thermal spa and enjoyed an hour of the sole use of the sauna and hot tub which was a lovely treat and especially nice as it got dark and was a clear night. All the meals were delicious and it was nice to sit and relax in the bar area looking out on the beautiful view of Loch Fyne."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Gleddoch! We always choose to visit for either my birthday or my other half’s, and it never disappoints. The spa is lovely and so relaxing, making it the perfect place for a little getaway. This time, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade after my other half mentioned it was my birthday, and the room was amazing! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming at check-in, and everyone is so helpful. We always have a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Gleddoch! 😊"

"Great place to stay. Amazing breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. They had put the heating on for us and the room was super cosy. Amazing views from the restaurant area. Pool area was immaculate and well kept. The only fault was that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. We believed it to be from the drain in the shower. This did not affect our stay but we did report it to reception when checking out and they recorded it for maintenance to look at. We will definitely stay here again. Great location for a couple of days away to relax."

"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"
