"The room was very clean, it is located in an excellent location. The staff was good, we actually forgot an item in the room and when we returned 3 hrs after checking out we went back to the main office and the front counter called the cleaners and they brought over our item within minutes, we were very impressed how they dealt with the issue. Would recommend this place to anyone."

"We had a huge king room with views of the water and a nice comfortable bed. Be sure to request ice when you check in, as there isn't a machine and there isn't always someone at the reception desk. We had a nice continental breakfast (included) and gluten free bread is available."

"Lovely private cottage completely finished in knotty pine. Scrupulously clean throughout. Nice large bathroom with great shower. Lots of fluffy towels. Comfortable king sized bed with good pillows. Nice sitting area with TV and couch and chair. The only suggestion is that the good sized fridge lacked ice cube trays and an ice bucket. Also if you visit in hot months (do they exist in Newfoundland?) the windows open to the Main Street so you might have some traffic noise that was no issue for us in September."

"We enjoyed a few lovely days in Gros Morne recuperating from rainy hikes in the Candlelight Inn. Our room was very comfortable, and the common kitchen and living room were filled with helpful instructions and amenities. Breakfasts were self serve but included a great assortment of food."

"We liked our stay at this place. It was clean and looked like it was newly renovated. It had everything we needed. It had a Queen size bed and a pull-out couch. Location was nice too, close to all the trails in the park. We really liked our stay in Rocky Harbour."
