"Overall the hotel was nice and the customer service was great. It was conveniently located in a nice area of Florence. We felt very safe. It was 20 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, 20 minutes from the Creation Museum, and 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Two small improvements could be made. There needs to be more seating during breakfast. The room could have been a bit more clean. The table that pulled out from under the counter was visibly dirty. Although the shower was more clean...

"Location was perfect and close to everything I needed to be near. The hotel was quiet even with it being near the airport and a large car dealership. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and during morning breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel could use a little maintence as our light switches in the bathroom seemed to be falling apart and the room and fridge were musty smelling, but honestly not so bad. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. "
