I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!"
