"Very friendly staff and a charming, comfortable lobby. Clean, big, well-appointed room. Breakfast good, had some healthy options. Parking easy. TV had no signal in the gym or the room. A little loud overnight, but overall a nice place to stay."

"My room was tidy 317. One of the beds had hair on it like a guy who just got a haircut was brushing off his shirt & the body wash container had dried dirty soap suds on it. I always travel with my own body wash for this reason. I ran out of tissue and when house keeping came around I asked for a roll & never received it."

"The property was nice, clean and inviting. The breakfast was ok. The sausage patty tasted like dried rubber. The tiny has browns were good. Today I had the grits those were good.The coffee was good, they had fresh fruit, bananas, apples etc. The eggs were powered eggs, they had orange, apple juice, bread, bagels and muffins. I would recommend plastic forks and spoons. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property looked new. The location was by plenty of places to eat within close distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"What a lovely hotel. The king size bedroom was spacious, with lots of functioning usb ports and sockets, with a microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and well stocked wardrobe with lots of hangers. Hot drinks were available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The WiFi was good. The bathroom amenities were excellent with 'Dove' hair and skincare products which smelt lovely. Breakfast was good, various hot and cold options, etc, which were perfectly adequate to start the day. The swimming pool was small, however it was clean and well maintained and the outside patio area had seating and outdoor fire pits available for use. There were lots of parking spaces available. There are also onsite laundry facilities should you require. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you."

"The hotel was very nice, staff, amenities and friendly. That was a plus, there were some kids. I’m assuming a soccer ball or some sports. They were running around playing in the elevator and the lobby unattended. The desk clerk “stated that she had addressed it."

"The pool was so crowded for the holiday weekend. The pool water was not clean and too many people in it at one time. People eating out of coolers and using the luggage carts to wheel into the pool area- very loud noise and music playing on boom sound boxes! The restaurant was TERRIBLE!!!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, parking was great. It was me, hubby, and our dachshund in one room. My 88 year old mother was in the room next door. We have always picked this hotel when visiting Covington. We have never had any problems."
