"The best part of the stay was the staff. The elevators were broken, the rooms were dirty, the carpets were chronically damp and the rooms smelled musty. There was almost parking and the scene was loud and chaotic. Would never stay here again. Run down and needs revamping. I understand the hurricanes caused many places to shut down and never reopen but they need to make some major updates. "

"Reserve an Ocean view room. They only had a parking lot View available. The front desk. Agent was rude and refused to refund the difference between the rooms. I had to speak with Management in the morning who apologize and told me they would refund the resort fee, which would be the difference between the rooms I never received a refund. I had to open a claim with Expedia and with my credit card company if you don’t have the room available I understand, but why should I have to pay for an oceanfront room when you just happy staying in a standard just refund the difference what is the big deal? I’ll never stay here again. "

"The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient to downtown sites."

"I booked this trip with Expedia or something and when we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. And the lady gave me a lot of attitude. So I basically had to find the emails to prove that I booked a trip there and then she continued to accuse me of being another person with the last name, Johnson. Which I’m not I’m just me. Anyway the resort was nice and kid friendly but there was some serious getting high going on in the room next to me and our whole room filled up with the smell of weed all night so that sucked and when I told the front desk they did nothing about it. Also, the fire alarm went off at 6 AM which really sucked because all I wanted for Mother’s Day was to sleep well one night. So that didn’t happen and the pool was closed and the hot tub was closed because it didn’t work and the yoga instructor never showed up for the yoga class on the beach. So I was disappointed because I was looking forward to doing something."
