"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. "We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the start line of the Millet XTrail race (the hotel is 3K from the start). The staff was very helpful with supporting runners for the race by having a special breakfast time of 04:00am to accommodate runners for the 05:30am race start. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel and rooms are clean and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is free parking across the street, 100 m from the hotel, as well as paid parking right next to the hotel. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant. Within a 10-min drive of the hotel are plenty of options for restaurants and shopping. If you are into pizza, we ate at the Barometer restaurant in Meribel, and the pizza was great. I will repeat both places when I come back again."
