Top Courchevel Ski Resort Hotel Reviews

Alpes Hôtel du Pralong
10/10 Excellent
"I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options.
Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper"

Lake Hôtel Courchevel 1850

"Ski slopes very easy to acces. Room is excellent. Hotel is dated and obviously owner has not invested in years. Overpriced for what is offered yet location is excellent. "

Fahrenheit seven Courchevel
4/10 Poor
"Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. The hotel staff reported that other guests and staff were sick but that it was “stomach flu” that was in the resort. (Last year they claimed that it was gastroenteritis that was in the resort) We had four other friends on the holiday that we skied and socialised with who were staying elsewhere. They had no issues with sickness. I have had over forty skiing holidays in the Alps and have been sick twice, both in this hotel. This hotel clearly has a problem and the staff and management are denying it. We will not be back. "

Madame Vacances Hôtel Courchevel Olympic
2/10 Terrible
"This was our first trip to Les 3 Vallées and Courchevel. We booked this property to have easy access to all things in Courchevel, and were aware that it was a 2-star hotel (which we've NEVER had issues with in Europe.)
The hotel boasted about a recent renovation. Let me assure you - NOTHING about the hotel has had a recent renovation. My dorm room in college in the late 1980's had more going on than our room at the Hotel Olympic.
The carpet in our room was filthy and stained.
There was a permanent odor in our room.
There was a lack of basic hotel linens.
The property was noisy - you could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms, and from the outside.
Most rooms, including ours, faced an alley that was dark and noisy at all times of day.
The hotel advertised the property as "ski in, ski out access". It was a 10 minute walk to the gondola.
The toilet ran in our room 24/7, and there was no tech on site to fix it.
The property advertised four restaurants restaurants on site (see below). There was one, and it was only open with a prix-fixe menu.
Le 9.9 - This brasserie specializes in French cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar.
Le Ku De Ta - This café specializes in international cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily.
Les 2 Frères - Onsite café. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily.
Le Bowling Restaurant - This café specializes in international cuisine. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Open daily. "
