"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"I booked this for my family and I as a one night stop on our way south from the UK. I was slightly nervous as had never stayed at a B&B Hotel prior to our stop in Epernay. I have to say that I was delighted, the room & hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff hugely helpful. The car park was secure and the location was a short (15 min) walk from Epernay centre so ideal for restaurants and the champagne houses. I would highly recommend this hotel for families needing to find a reliably clean,...

"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."
