"A clean confortable hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were a bit basic but had everything you needed with a really good shower. A nice sitting area in the foyer."

"Very nice Hotel"

"Friendly staff, good restaurant et great pool"

"We only stayed one night however it was a perfect spot for us and our dog. Could not fault the room, reception or staff."

"Very nice hotel and very clean"

"Clean, beautiful, quiet, food was great."

"Clean, beautifully decorated, secure parking, nice bed, central to town and close to the cathedral."

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. "The cutest French couple with the most amazing garden. We were in the small cabin and it was such a nice and different experience. Most recommended :)"

"Nice and useful hotel for those just passing through the city"

"Perfect for a halfway stop over from Calais to Le Mans. Great rooms and a large car park. Breakfast has a good selection."

"Beautiful old half-timbered auberge in a small town, with a delightful aspect. Bed was comfortable, good shower, rooms were spacious - for a building of this age - and parking was on site and easy. If you like the photos, it definitely looks like them, and I would heartily recommend."

"Great location, lovely food. We only had an overnight stay but would happily stay longer"

"Had a very good stay here."

"Very quiet, friendly place, in lovely grounds."

"A truly 5 star experience, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Its a really fantastic experience staying at Chateau Hermival and we hope we can stay there again sometime..."

"Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave. The breakfast spread was also pretty basic, but surprisingly quite good. The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...
