"The service in the cafe and restaurant was not very good especially the restaurant. I sat for a half hour waiting to be served , I asked the staff at the cafe for service when there were no servers at the restaurant. It was ignore , then two servers finally showed up in the restaurant and they both completely ignored me until finally they served someone else and came back to me"

"We stayed for 2 days in Sept. the staff was very welcoming and the lobby was large with plenty of places to sit. Our flight was delayed a day so we made good use of the lobby and restaurant. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall we thought this hotel was a good value"

"Patrick who is part of front desk/back office is wonderful wealth ok knowledge. Hotel is conviently located across from supermarket so you can get snacks and beverages but there is no fridge in room but the bar located inside hotel will provide ice if requested. Buskers is a lively bar and advertises us football games for Sunday funday which was a treat. Overall great location walking distance to trinity, shopping, dart system, jameson, st Patrick cattedrale etc."

"Huge bustling hotel in very walkable area. Also ideal for day trips out of the city or to catch the air coach to the airport. Beautiful lounge with excellent bartenders. Front desk staff immediately accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor and were friendly and patient. Sometimes the lobby would get quite full with large groups. I would stay again."

"Great place to stay! Travelled from Canada with my partner and it was lovely! Shocked to find out there are no fridges or microwaves which made leftovers a bit tricky but it seems to be common all around the area not just this hotel so can’t complain! The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us extras of whatever we asked and quickly! Also had a water bottle refill station in the lobby which was nice and saved us from buying water. Would definitely stay here again as it is also within walking distance to most places we wanted to explore in Dublin (20-30min walk which we were ok with!)"
