10/10 Excellent

"Very clean and modern room with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good. Only 10-15 minutes away from Pearson International Airport, worth the drive. Area is pretty quiet without a lot of vehicle traffic. Occasional planes taking off were not too bothersome."

"It was okay. When there is an event, there is no parking. We had to stay up later than we should have to move our vehicle from the legion lot to hotel property lot. As we were here for work, it did affect sleep and we were later to work than we wanted due to sleeping in as physical jobs are exhausting sometimes. That was frustrating. I also had to report a broken toilet seat and they offered to move us but we already unpacked before we noticed. They did repair it while we were out and they were in for cleaning which was a nice surprise. Would stay again if needed but the price could be better if this is the experience going forward. It was cheaper the first time I stayed but about $30 per night."

6/10 Okay

"It is disappointing that what could have been a perfect stay, required a space heater brought to the room as the heat would not come on. Temperature in the room was in the mid-sixties until he space heater was able to bring the temperature to a more liveable low to mid seventies. The weather was unseasonably cold. I believe the decision was made by management or maintenance staff to switch the equipment to a air conditioning status too soon. that is my understanding of what happens in some facilities. You know the hotel is too cold when the front desk staff had a heating fan behind the front desk for the duration of my 3 day stay."

8/10 Good

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful. "
