"Very nice rooms, quiet. One staff member wasn’t so pleasant. She acted as if she was being bothered when checking in. Other staff members were fantastic. "

"When you book online, they do not tell you about $100 cash deposit needed when arriving there and then the guy refused to give you a receipt for $100 if we lived in a perfect world that will make perfect sense but we don’t I fought for my receipt and never got it.. I did get my hundred dollars back and went on my way. The three days I stayed there was only to sleep cause I had things already planned but the place could use some cleaning. I went one night with just one towel when they were two of us in a room, elevators, slow and looks scary."

"This one night stay was more out of convenience/ affordability to be near family. Did not find the Inn to be of comparable quality to other Comfort Suites in other states that we have used."

"This motel is clearly under new ownership. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. First, great concept with the doors and giving a passcode instead of keys or cards. But at least make it work. I couldnt get in to start then called to get help. They resent another code. We tried this and got in. When we practiced it before we went to dinner, door acted up again and we couldnt leave. Then the wifi didnt work. Even the owners couldnt get it connected. I guess turning on the tv and seeing a disruption in service should have indicated the same for the internet. The shower barely worked for me. I found a lot of roaches on a desk they have by the bathroom. Its a shame the old owners are gone!!!!"

"Room had a strange smell...as if it had been smoked in. Was also an adjoining room. Dont like that. Women traveling should not have adjoining rooms unless asked for. Hotel was full abd unable to move us but they did come to assure all was secured. "
