everything was great except we are disappointed that other hilton hotels have complimentary coffee 24 /7 and yours only has it in breakfast hours! lots of people drink coffee in the afternoon and evening! there also was no water available in lobby like most hiltons! i think for an upscale hilton ...

The windows were very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for quite some time. It was difficult to see out. The floor left a black residue on our feet as well as the knees and feet of our toddler. Overall, it was clean, but there are definitely some things that need to be tended to.
