"I stayed at this hotel twice during a road trip, once on the way there and once on the way back. Overall, I was satisfied with the amenities and facilities. During my first stay in the main building, my room was close to the road, so there was some noticeable traffic noise. On my second stay in the annex building, I noticed that the hallway seemed to have some ventilation issues. I also had some concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the bedding. Overall, I enjoyed the amenities and found the hotel convenient for our trip. With some improvements to noise control, ventilation, and especially bedding cleanliness, the overall guest experience could be much better."

"The hotel has been updated nicely and is clean. The beds are comfortable, but the wifi is terrible. I was hoping to work for a bit while in Eugene, but the wifi makes it impossible to do that at the hotel."

"The property is a little dated, but the staff was very friendly and ready to help in any way. The rooms were clean and everything worked well (if you want a hot shower they had plenty of hot water and it was ready instantly). Check in and out was easy - no hassle."
