"Love the location which is why we have stayed here several times over the years. Found out that the property had recently changed hands and they are beginning updating the rooms and the site (pool decking currently being repaired while we were there) which is much needed. Wouls like to see a better breakfast selection but this will not keep me from returning again."

"Owner helped us with our accommodations due to Expedia's incorrect booking. Instead of rooms with king size beds, Expedia "booked" rooms with queen beds. One phone call and we received correct rooms. We did enjoy our stay at the motel, which is located very close to historical downtown of Cañon City, hiking trails and other attractions. Thank you, dziękuję!"

"The Manhattan is just fun! It's right in the middle of everything in Salida so you can walk wherever you want. You can sit on your balcony and watch folks run the river or wander across the street to listen to music. Good communication from the mgmt about checking in. Restaurants close. HIghly recommend."
