"El hotel nos encantó, fueron muy amables y todo muy limpio y en orden, solo que el agua caliente se iba no todo el tiempo tuvimos agua caliente y lo otro es las cortinas de las ventanas qué estaban rotas, por lo demás todo muy bueno, y claramente volveríamos a visitarlo."

"The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds. We had to stick pillows behind the bed to stop it from making noise. The tv was really really slow and sometimes we couldn’t get it to work. No blow dryer in the room, but had a drying rack outside on the balcony. It did not have a real bathroom door. You can hear everything!! The staff only work from 10-5 and no one is in property after that. The guys are there bright and early cleaning the pool and hot tub. LOT OF BUGS, when it rains they were everywhere!! The pool bar was closed as they were looking for a new owner. You can buy beer from the receptionist. The projector was never on so not sure if it worked or not. The parking was a bit difficult. Both spots were on a hill and it was a bit annoying. They did have a smoking area for those who smoke. Overall we had a good time staying at the property and would recommend it. Just don’t expect all the high end stuff. It feels more like a family run hotel with charm."

"While the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, our stay was not good. First off, it was raining when we arrived and a staff person pointed us to the wrong cabin (the cabins are a good schlep from the carpark), so we had a hard time, to say the least, getting in. The cabins have a weird #ing system and the numbers aren't visible from any distance, hidden behind (lovely) shrubbery. Then, when we finally found the cabin (she had said go left when it was go right), there was no overhang to protect one from rain and there was a gap in the rain gutter so a deluge was coming off the roof and the porch was not tilted away from the cabin, so there was a lake at the entrance. (Fortunately, we had umbrellas.) Next morning, when we tried to shower, no hot water. We were meeting friends, so had to leave, but reported the issue to mgmt. Back that nite, tried to shower, no hot water. Called frnt desk, person said there was a "special way" to turn on the hot water. Maint. guy came over and said "Let it run." We let it run; hot water in the bthrm sink and HE SAID in the shower. But when I finally got in, tepid, not even warm.(I'm stupid for not checking for myself, I guess.) By this time, I HAD to shower, so I gritted my teeth and had a cold-water shower. Will never return, and cannot recommend this property to ANYONE."

"Todo estuvo excelente. Volveríamos a quedarnos. La chica rubia, encargada del área de la piscina, tiene 100 en servicio al cliente. Super atenta, Servicial y pendiente a cada detalle. El water park está de show, para los niños un éxito brutal. En las habitaciones todo en orden. Y los del Front Desk muy serviciales y amables, tanto en el check in como en el chek out."
