"Very clean room. The staff was consistently cleaning and the front office smelled very clean as I entered. Looks like it has been renovated in the past couple years and they did a solid job."

"This is an old building that was a barley and bean silo/processing plant way back. Repurposed into a hotel and pretty cool for the value but it is right beside a train track and depending on which side you are on it’s quite loud and trains run through the night and vibration is quite noticeable. We move to the rooms side not next to the tracks and the noise was way less noticeable but could still feel vibrations but minimal. It’s a one and done stay for me."

"Everything was good beside sink and toilet was clocked interfered with my resting when plumber run the snake and make it worst. Thanks to the office staff move us to the next room. So far it’s a good place good front desk good house keeping service. Thank you!"

"The one reason to stay here is it is walkable to the Catalina island boat landing if you are planning a day trip there (which is why I rated it a 2 rather than a 1) The hotel itself is very run down and poorly maintained. For example, the elevator inspection is expired, the breakfast is mostly stale and the walls in the shower were coming apart. "
