"Excellent food both at breakfast and in the lovely restaurant. Both rooms have incredible sea views which we greatly appreciated. The spa and the outdoor therapy pool were nicely appointed. Our massages were arranged on our arrival and were perfect. We were there on cool overcast days so we didn’t take advantage of the beach directly across from the hotel. But it was tempting. They made us and our dogs welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay at La Elmes. "

"Had a coffee and cake here a few years back and said I would love to actually come back and stay here one day - so we did. We’ve just had a fabulous 3 nights with wonderful hospitality, a great breakfast every morning so I think that’s earned a tick on the bucket list. Amazing place - if you ever get a chance to go its just perfect."

"The hotel was very central to the bus and train station and only a 15 walk ti the centre. The rooms were compact but comfortable and the breakfast was plentigul. "
