"I had a great experience they had put me by the elevator and unfortunately you can hear everyone when they walk past your room. But i like that i was able to see my car from my window. That gave me a sense of release knowing that i could see my car is secure. "

No handrail/facecloth rail-rack in tub/shower, but did have handrail to assist at toilet. No kleenex, and shower curtain too short, so leaked some onto bathroom floor.
