"Amazing stay as always. Beautiful hotel but the staff make it great. Feels like a home away from home. Perfect location that is easily walkable everywhere in the historic center."

"We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again! "

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre of everything, ideal location. We were upgraded to a huge suite. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with great facilities. Staff were very helpful also. The rooftop bar was small but beautiful.the buffet breakfast was lovely, again, staff were friendly and helpful. Just be mindful that it is on a busy street in a historic building so the noise levels from outside are high, I’m a light sleeper but slept fine with earplugs. We will definitely stay again. "
"Clean, safe and good location. 0.3 miles from train station which was important to us for this trip. Safe was friendly and held our luggage and delivered to our room because we arrived early. It is a bit noisy at the moment due to construction."
GRACIAS "
"The checkin was super nice and quick. We like quiet rooms and ours was perfect, at the end of the hall, windows facing outside view but not a street. The hotel is on a quet street that feels very safe. The room is very modern, two options of memory foam pillows and a very good mattress. The shower is really great and the bathroom is new and modern. There is a constantly running fan in the bathroom but it cannot be heard when the bathroom door is closed. Breakfast has plenty of cheese, savory pies, and pastries. Good fruit and juice selection. If you want a fried egg or an avocado-salmon toast, it would cost extra."
"The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe"
