"Everything was great. The one thing I will say, ensure that you have clicked on the right amount of guests; for some reason, my Expedia defaulted to one guest and we were charged 40 euro a night for each night, which ended up costing an additional 400 euro for the stay. "

The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains."

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
