"This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun. "

"Great hotel for family, nice big pool with different depths to suit levels of ability. Cocktails by the pool were lovely. Bed was comfy, kids loved the sofa bed that popped up into a bunk. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice."

"The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning. "The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "
