"Very nice entrance and services, personnel was very nice. The rooms are old and need maintenance. For some hours the hotel ran oit fo water, we were not able to go to the bathroom or take a bath. Never had this experience in the past in any hotel, hard to imagine I could live this experience in a Wyndham brand hotel."

"The parking garage was amazingly clean as well as the rest do the property. The desk agent was able to accept us over 2 hours earlier which was a lifesaver from driving all day from chachagua. Clean room and AC that worked tremendously. All the staff was very friendly, even the custodial staff were a delight. A wide variety of included continental breakfast and close to many attractions."

"Esta limpio te prestan servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, pero solicite la reservacion por una plataforma y cuando pedí que se me facturará me dijeron que no podían porque lo habia hecho a través de la plataforma. Sin embargo el hotel es el que presta el servicio de hospedaje y la solicitud se emitió a mi nombre."

"Laurie and Miriam went above and beyond to accommodate our late night arrival! Coffee and the made to order breakfast were ready promptly at the later hour we requested, and the company at the dining table made for great conversation. Our stay was short (Juan Santamaria arrival night) but it was a welcome improvement from staying in an airport hotel."
