"Arriving at the hotel and the hospitality was great but the spa and the jacuzzi I’ve never been in a jacuzzi that is not hot. The “hot tub” was freezing. However that was the only thing that was wrong with this place other than that everything was great as Americans we were not used to the food at the buffet but it was edible."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
