"Very good hotel !! "

"A la llegada descubrimos que el lavabo del baño tenía una fuga de agua, la chica de recepción lo reportó y nos cambiaron a una habitación más grande hasta el día siguiente. Se supone que arreglarían el baño a primera hora de la mañana. Siguiente día esperamos hasta las 1-2 de la tarde y el baño sin arreglar y nadie daba respuesta de que iba a pasar y como yo tenía cita en la comisaría y otras gestiones con mi pareja tuvimos que salir. A las 3 de la tarde recibo una llamada amenazante de que necesitan que vaya a mover mis cosas porque tienen una reserva para esta habitación. Yo le comenté que no me encontraba en el hotel o cerca en ese momento y que podía volver lo antes posible a las 7. El señor indignado empezó a faltarme el respeto diciendo que soy una persona difícil y que si no vengo a recoger mis cosas su equipo lo moverá todo a la antigua habitación a lo cual conteste que no les doy permiso para eso ya que es delito y que llamaría a la policía en caso de, el señor dijo que me iba a averiguar y me llamaba de nuevo cosa que hasta hoy nunca hizo. Llegue después de un largo día de diligencias, sin batería y ya siendo la hora de tomarme mi medicación para encontrarme que me han dejado fuera de la habitación y no puedo entrar a ninguna de las 2. También tiraron cosas de mi propiedad porque creyeron que era “basura”; “soporte” nunca responde y no resuelven nada, hasta hoy no me han devuelto el dinero ni hecho nada respecto por lo que he tenido que recurrir a abogados, ignoran!"

"A longish journey from Barcelona but well worth staying here googles instructions weren’t clear but as soon as you exit the station turn left and use the underpass turning right at the bottom and right at the exit walk a few minutes and the hotels on your left Very clean and very spacious Lots of eateries there"

"Self catering apartment. Apartment was in the annex building which is at the back of the main hotel. Difficult finding in the dark as annex has a different name to main hotel! Apartment clean, had everything we needed. Kettle, toaster, hob and utensils for basic meals but ate out most nights. Pool freezing but was end of October. Ok once you’re in!! Very enjoyable stay"

"Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed. The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat. Little a bit confused about the explanation of either going for full board or half board as every person in reception was saying something different. Good selection of drinks , everyone could find something nice and enjoy. The room was clean and look after but you can clearly see that is run down a bit especially balcony. The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool. Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there."
