"I never stayed at this property. I requested a refund for my stay 17 days in advance, and Expedia didn't help with the refund; they simply used their cancellation policies to their advantage. The hotel tried to help me, but Expedia didn't."

"Comida horrorosa, poca variedad y algunas carnes, sopas, etc no de muy buen sabor Las colas para acceder al comedor interminables, mucha espera, muchas espera para pedir en la cafetería y en la piscina de los toboganes el kiosko no está siempre abierto es un engorro tener que ir de un lado a otro a pedir, también tener que entrar a la cafetería si estás en la piscina. Muy muy mal ubicadas las estancias del hotel Mucho calor dentro del hotel, comiendo, en hall.... Lo único bueno las habitaciones...
