Hotel Boutique Las Cortes de Cádiz
10/10 Excellent
"Very cute little hotel right in old town. Very well maintained and decorated. Room was very clean and cute with window to oversee our street. Location is perfect to visit any place around old town. There is no easy parking, it is on the middle of old town. We had a car and parked on paid parking $20 per night. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a huge junior suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea and botanical gardens. It was lovely, but also frustratingly poorly designed for all the space it offered there were no bedside tables and no hanging space for dresses. Given how huge the suite was this seems a real oversight - and if addressed the rooms would be pretty spectacular. The lighting systems were also very fiddly, and took a lot of getting used to! The pool was massive and well laid out with plenty of beds. It was disappointing it wasn't open in the mornings and the bar wasn't due to open for another few weeks - too early in the season apparently despite being mid/late May and 31 degrees. The lifeguard could get cans of beer, water and soft drinks but a slightly wider choice (wine, cans of G&T etc) would have been appreciated as the pool area was lovely. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but breakfast was good. it does feel slightly corporate as it has huge provision for corporate meetings but overall it was a nice hotel which just needed a few tweaks!"

"Location was good, very clean. The setup to get towels for the pool was irritating and the pool hours were limited. There was also a motion sensor in the entry area of the hotel room that could not be turned off."

"This is a lovely hotel in Jerez,in a marvelous location, adjacent to the cathedral and the palace.Very quiet, hardly any traffic and 5 mins walk to the main square/old town. Our room, superior, was a good sz with an outside space and views.Only criticism was the V small cheap fridge, and no mini bar,so no good for keeping some water cool. The breakfast they called Continental, was waitress service/no buffet. The menu was limited as we were there 4 nights. So we had mussili, yogurt and fruit each morning,no other cereals. The fruit could have been changed each day,to make a change.I was expecting some lovely melon or peaches ext. There were egg dishes, cheese and the cured Spanish ham( not our taste). The waitresses were excellent, but every thing was served to the table in different dishes so they were very busy, and for two days the room was full. You can sit outside for breakfast too,but it was a bit cool at 8.30am. The roof top terrace is very nice, just with more of a plunge pool, the bar up there was closed, but they came up and served drinks if needed. I think this hotel is quite newly renovated, from part of the Tio Pepe winery. It is a lovely peaceful, sophisticated haven, and would recommend it.I loved it. The staff are all very professional and helpful. Probably would not go back to Jerez as it is a smallish city, although you need to visit the Spanish Horse School, that was amazing and unforgettable."
