"We were a bit concerned about our choice to stay here, as the previous reviews were mixed and some not ideal (Having now stayed we understand why). With that in mind, we paid for a Suite with Bath with a view to getting one of the better rooms, which we believe we did. Positives: Great location. The most spectacular views in the city from the rooftop. Excellent breakfast served each morning. Option to sit on rooftop after a long day seeing the sights. Spacious room overlooking the square (suite with bath). Pleasant staff, with the exception of one who always looked disinterested. My friend used the SPA which she said was amazing Negatives: Irritatingly small bin in room (so had to use plastic bags). Coffee machine with few supplies. Not being coffee drinkers, we asked for a kettle, which didn't work very well. We ended up going out and buying some mugs and 2 glasses as they only supplied paper cups (bit strange). Only two towel hooks in room, so a real pain trying to dry room/pool towels & wet swimsuits. Usual lack of coat hangers - we brought our own, but still had to ask for more. As per previous reviews, broken sun loungers on rooftop ... why have these not been addressed? Paintwork & furniture on rooftop looking a bit tired. So, all in all, very nice place that lets itself down by not dealing with the smaller stuff that would make it perfect. That said, if visiting Almeria again, would likely stay again as we felt the positives outweighted the negatives :)"

"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

"The Hotel was ok! The location was nothing special, the air conditioning did not work, we requested for help and the staff offered us the amazing option to open de window with a nice construction in front of the Hotel!"

"The rooms spotless the hotel the same The staff can’t do enough for you a special mention to Arkanza and josie just 2 of the staff that were faultless The hotel was very quiet and a great place to relax if you want loads of noise this hotel is not for you same with the surrounding areas but if you want somewhere to chill then this is the place "

"This is a city centre hotel which is very well placed for all amenities. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. My room No. 250 was on the back on the building, the view from the window was of a brick wall and there was noise from a nearby restaurant, which went on until the early hours during the weekend."
