The owners of the property should be proud and lucky to have Francesca, she was incredible, very helpful helping us resolving any issue that came up. (renting a car, finding us transportation from and to the airport, recommending interesting places to visit just to mention a few). Food is great and the service is fantastic. "Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."
