"The room was bright, modern and clean, and the staff on reception were extremely helpful. The pool area was compact, but tidy and quiet and an enjoyable place to spend time. The onsite bar was lovely when open but was sadly shut for the majority of my stay. Breakfast was good, although I chose to make my own arrangements for most of my stay. I was able to leave my bags in a locker on the first and last day, and there were shower facilities available to use after checking out which was a nice bonus."

"The room is spacious. The mattress of the sofa bed is thin. The restaurant in the hotel has good food at above-average price. The hotel is not very close to other restaurants and the bus stops. Overall it's good if you want to be closer to the airport."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
