"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. È però utile sapere che le camere (quasi tutte) si trovano in una dépendance a circa 100 metri dal castello mostrato nelle foto. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, anche se da una struttura a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore cura nella manutenzione delle camere. "
