"They have an amazing pool but don’t notify you when booking that it’s closed and then upon asking when it would be opened and if I should find a different place to take my son they said “I can’t say if it will or won’t be open tomorrow” and shrugged. Will not be staying again"

"Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late.
