"We had to drive to a different location to check in. The room was not ready on time, so we had to leave and come back to get the keys. A weird part of the check in process was to go through 4 pages of itemized items to verify - and what made it even more bizarre, was that it was in French. They expected us to translate the 4 itemized pages and go through each item, and email it back to them. The WiFi information on the brochure was incorrect which resulted in another round trip to the management...

"The residence was exactly as described. Very calm and only a few minutes walk from the center. The video the host sent with instructions on how to drive to the property was very helpful, and she was also available for questions and suggestions. "

"Great place to stay! Very clean and roomy! The pool is huge and clean and was right outside the building we were staying in. The staff could not have been nicer and they were extremely helpful when we had questions or needed help with transfers to other parts of the island. There was a grocery store right across the street from the entrance which made stocking up in supplies and food very easy! Would definitely recommend this property!"
