"Great service and good food! Nature all around you so it’s relaxing! "

"The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place like put time and money into it. They badly need an overhaul. If you want to stay here I wish you the best of luck not worth the hassle and money to stay. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! STAY AWAY!! Would rather sleep on the street than stay here."

"Everything was terrible. No internet, unkept , dirty rooms, food was tasteless, dogs r Running around the place with dog poop on the ground, mosquitoes all over the place. Dirty linens. Place not safe."

"The staff were friendly, the property is average but for a 3 star accomodation it’s meets the standard and expectations. There’s heaps of Ants around maybe the property could do something about that. Overall, I recommend this hotel . We only stayed here for 3 nights. I am not sure what it’s like for long stay. "

"Casa Veles offers nice, clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was nice, the restaurant offers a nice selection from their. menu. It is not a fancy place, but the accommodations are very nice. Excellent value."
