"I'm giving this 5 stars mainly due to the STAFF ! the people working in this resort has amazing customer service skills! from the front desk, restaurant, cleaners and everyone here is excellent. Special mention to Ian the one who drove us around. People here are polite, respectful and very attentive to customer needs. If I can just suggest few things.... Pls provide a bigger Safe to accommodate at least a standard size laptop.. and.... Better locking system especially in the backdoor esp that the shower has exposed roof. Other than these 2, everything here is perfect!"

"Superb and helpful staff from arrangements of airport transportation to important information in touring the area. Relaxing beachfront swimming pool that is overlooking to the limestone cliff formations! Complimentary drinks upon arrival from a 6-hour shuttle ride from Puerto Princessa was a plus! Free breakfast was delicious! We reserved a family shared dormitory room that was suitable to our need, and I would suggest to adding a light to the vanity dresser. We will definitely book this resort again when back in El Nido. Thank you making our stay in El Nido memorable and wonderful!"
