"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "The room was big, good shower with hot water, mini fridge in room and bottled water, our room view was amazing. A short tuk tuk ride to food places, close to the boat tours. Breakfast was just ok. The front desk tried quoting me triple the price I was told to get to the airport. I would stay here again. "
