"The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. "

The rooms offer great comfort, breathtaking views and a unique layout featuring El Nido’s stunning beauty at every turn. We especially loved the restaurant. The food and service were simply the best. "Mahogany is a hidden paradise! At first it looks small and basic, but once you see the rest of the property, you realize you don't need anything else! The rooms are so charming and well planned, they give you a sense of privacy, relaxation and a jungle-like feeling but with the amenities and luxury of a 5-star hotel. The food at the restaurant is amazing! A small menu but has everything you need. We especially enjoyed breakfast (not included)! The coffee, the croissants, the fruit and the eggs, all delicious! The staff in general are very kind, helpful and they look like the enjoy working there. My husband and I loved the experience at Mahogany and will very likely stay there again!"

"One of the best getaways ! And this property and staff made it happen. Gorgeous views and such a perfect location that every minute of the day came with its own new look. People at the property and in general all Phillipino people are so warm and welcoming . Norvin , Dorito, Mee choo at reception were great but every one ( and there were lots of staff ) is were great. Only feedback is they should not charge for tea bags especially when stay is long and in room amenities don’t have enough bags to last the trip . Otherwise perfect !!"

"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!"
