"I always stay at the Ibis Torreon when I am traveling back and forth from the US and Mexico. Their staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I can bring my dogs. It is fairly close to the highway. The food in the restaurant is good for hotel food and the coffee is also good. It is a good place where I can to truly relax."

The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!"
