"When we arrived we were immediately greeted, welcomed, and shown to our room. The hotel was clean and the rooftop views are wonderful and even better than pictured in the photos. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect proximity to the main walking street, bars, restaurants, seafood markets. The hotel staff connected us with the best tour guides. We had a very great stay, thank you to all the staff."

The pool area is really nice and relaxing, and the food was very good as well. Going in, we knew the hotel was a bit outside of town, but it was never an issue since there was always a tricycle driver available to take us into town whenever we needed. "The hotel was fine in general, definitely in a good location regarding access to downtown, and the staff was helpful in assisting me with transportation when I needed it. However, the WiFi did not work in my room and I had to sit outside in the heat and humidity to conduct my online business. Also, my room was right next to the neighborhood where a party was going on until the early hours of the morning. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep. "
