The resort was amazing, the staff was amazing, the butlers Richardo and Thorniel were amazing, the life guards at the water park treated us like family. The bartenders were top notch and made great drinks. Shoutout to O’Shea. The food was the best I ever had and I’ve been to many AI resorts. Jamaica didn’t disappoint and we will be back. "

"I was at this boutique hotel during a hurricane category five. The hotel had an emergency plan in place and back up generators with plenty of fuel. We ended up staying an extra week and the management gave us a substantial discount for the extended stay because of the hurricane. The manager also helped us locate anti-seizure medication for my epileptic son. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us as we’ve never been through a hurricane before. I would definitely trust my children to come here as I know they would be well taken care of."
