"We had an absolutely magical stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! Walking into the room and seeing an unobstructed, panoramic view of the falls was breathtaking. The room featured a lovely Juliet balcony, meaning we could open the window and actually hear the roar of the water—it was spectacular, especially during the nightly illumination show.​The property itself is beautifully renovated, modern, and incredibly clean. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, and the boat tours. The staff was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. "The room was clean, a bit on the small side. Beds are not very comfortable. The property was clean and location is great, easy to access many locations from there. Cute little community surrounding the hotel and very walkable to Lake Ontario."
