"The hotel was fine, the room was great and the bed was super comfortable. There was a previously used wash cloth in our bathroom the staff forgot to remove. Other than that, everything was great as far as the room. The breakfast on the other hand was lacking. They should rename it the bagel bar. There wasn’t much to choose from besides some bagels and oatmeal. They had scrambled eggs and turkey sausage but who wants gray meat??"

"Was very hard to find considering the only signage is hidden behind trees and does not match what we reserved. (Lake Norman Inn & Suites is now Garner??) Had no idea the name had changed and never received an email letting us know so that was a little difficulty before we even checked in! Other than that things were good. The breakfast area was adequate and kept clean throughout the breakfast time. Fair variety of options.....would have been nice to have some fresh fruit choices like apples or bananas. Liked having coffe and tea available round the clock!"
